Shipping and Return Policies
Please double-check your order as greeting cards from Nice Cards website are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be canceled or exchanged, except for items damaged in transit or as a result of a manufacturing defect.
RETURNS ON ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
Returned products must be inspected prior to shipment (please contact us and include a photo of damage) and the cost of the product will be refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect, or if the product was damaged in transit. At Nice Cards our liability is limited to reimbursement of the cost of the defective product only. Returns for defective products must be made within 21 days of the order date. Please contact us for instructions on your return.
At Nice Cards we are not able to process returns for greeting cards that were:
• Obtained from a source other than www.nice-greetingcards.com
• Damaged by abuse or negligence (cards exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc).
• Damaged by exposure to natural elements, such as direct sunlight, extreme heat or cold, or water.
• Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
CREDIT IN THE CASE OF DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE RETURNS:
At Nice Cards we will credit the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged. Credits will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within two billing cycles.
*NOTE: We apologize, but we at Nice Cards do not credit shipping costs for returned orders.
